CODE OF ETHICS

RAN is committed to complying with the strictest standards of ethical conduct. RAN’s Code of Ethics governs all functions, programs, and services of the organization. Every employee, volunteer, intern and board member abide by both RAN’s Code of Ethics, in addition to the ethical principles of any professional organization in which they are a member. This includes ethical responsibilities to children and families; ethical issues relating to other parties responsible for the care of those in treatment; ethical responsibilities to RAN and to other RAN employees; and general business ethics.

GOVERNING BODY

Governed by a volunteer, unpaid Board of Directors or Governing Body, RAN’s Board provides strict financial oversight.  All donations to RAN help create and sustain programs that provide financial assistance for treatment to those suffering from mental health disorders, including but not limited to trauma, grief, substance use disorders, process addictions, and freedom in sexual identity.

As a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization registered with the State of Florida, RAN is committed to maintaining the highest levels of transparency and accountability. RAN strictly adheres to ethical leadership, fiscal responsibility and ensures the organization is a good steward of donor contributions.

FUNDING & FINANCIALS

RAN derives support from diverse sources, including corporate and individual donations, fundraising projects, grants from private and corporate foundations, among others. Without funding support from the community, RAN would not be able to assist those in need to reach their full potential.

Each year RAN submits FORM 990 to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, which outlines the organization’s activities, governance and financial information.
